The boy was probably hiding himself, Magnus couldn't think how else he'd managed to survive this long. The point was surviving, it was all one could do when there was no tangible foe to vanquish. "You say 'something' well, what is something? We've tried using healing powers on specimens to no avail. I could kill a load of them, certainly, but what then? As I said, killing them won't change anything and unless we could track down everyone of millions, possibly billions, the infection would just keep returning. I'm not hiding. I'm waiting."
