Ah. The breath of fresh air. Why was it always the smallest of things a person missed the most? Calvin glanced up at the mansion and then around at the front yard with quiet relief. It was nice to know some things hadn't changed with time. This place looked exactly the same as it did way back when. Oh the X-days. He'd been so stupid and so young.
As Calvin started making his way up to the front door, he stopped when he noticed someone watching him. Looked like a girl, a young one too. She was coming out and walking right towards him. This was probably the welcome wagon. At first glance he had no idea who she was at all. Probably a student here or something? She introduced both him and herself promptly enough, but there was some edge in her voice he didn't like. He frowned at the display and was clearly unsure what to make of it. "Yes. That is my name. Hello...Kitty."
That was when Calvin noticed another approaching fast. Big surprise, it was again an unfamiliar face. This time only male. Roughly looking about his age, but with blue skin and some physical mutations. He sort of reminded Calvin of Mystique, but in a different way. These mutations looked more useful. Like Hank McCoy's. "Well, hello Kurt. Calvin, Calvin Rankin." He responded in kind while taking the man's hand. "I see, I am expected." He noticed Kurt's position near the girl and wondered just what these two were about. Perhaps they were dating or something? Anyway, it was time to make this awkwardness go away. "Sadly, I don't have much in the way of luggage. Shall we step inside?"
