That was an anxiety so familiar that Tony had to look away, as if distracted by the glitter of lights outside the tall, clear windows, to chuckle and bite his lip. Yeah, Captain America, and Tony had personally avoided tackling that impossible monolith for as long as he could feasibly manage. It wasn't so bad, though, once you learned to leave your pride balled up in the locker room. Educational, in any case.
Casually slinging his hands in his pockets and offering Spider-man a lopsided smile that still looked close to a laugh, Tony said, "Maybe you can show us a few moves." Whether they were recommended for anybody's health was another matter entirely. Tony didn't need to send the kid running for cover before he even thought about an army of aliens, Mephisto or Galactus, though, even if Cap was more of a threat than the whole group. He should have been glad they were on the same side. Turning his smile into his 100 watt grin, he assured Spider-man, "You'll be great." But maybe that was enough from Tony tonight. They could solve problems as they built. "Any other pressing concerns?" he asked, just to make sure he hadn't left anything life-threatening or -changing up to fate. He had a knack or leaving those kind of details out.
