Emma didn't have her purse with her, but it was all too easy to hand the cabbie a shred of paper from the back seat and make him think it was a hundred. Oh, how she missed those kinds of games. She played them so well when she was younger and now she rarely got the chance to do them anymore. Everything was easy when you had actual money to use instead of mind tricks. She stood up from the car and took a sigh. She hated all the pomp and circumstance of her corporate events. Instead, she enjoyed the idea of having time to herself and to the things which she was devoted. World conquest actually wasn't one of them, but endless debauchery and games were just as fun.
"Relax, Tony," she was temped to lay a hand on his shoulder in order to soothe his fears, but knew he was fidgeting enough without that. Instead, she offered him her hand she she could lead him forward, "No one's going to try to kill you. Not on my watch anyway." Emma laughed a little and headed toward the door.
The doors to the Hellfire Club's clubhouse were opened by servants that stood on either side of the door. That was their job and they did it well. Other than the few servants that they could hear moving about the facility, there really wasn't any activity in the house at the moment. Most of the members were off doing their own things and Emma had made sure to scan to see who was where before she even attempted to bring him inside. Most of the pawns would scatter at her command so it wasn't like she had anything to worry about really. Even Shaw and Pierce had agreed not to interfere with the game as Emma played it.
Everything was styled in the Victorian Era and the inside of the building looked as if it could have been plucked from one of extremely old paintings that lined most of the facility. Emma felt like it suited her old soul and welcomed her into its embrace every time she entered. She took a deep breath as she entered and offered Tony's jacket to one of the servants to take. They hopped to it immediately and she smiled. "I do hope this is nothing like you expected it to be."
