If there was one place in the world Pyro absolutely loathed, it was the subway. And not just any subway; no, the one in New York City. He'd come to escape the boredom he'd lately been dealing with in Genosha but so far he'd just been reminded of all the reasons he left the city in the first place. Right now he wasn't sure if he wanted to stay in the city or go back.
Just out of sheer luck he'd happened to find an empty seat in the car and for the past 30 minutes had just sat there, staring at the people around him change at every station. Sure, he was wandering aimlessly, letting the subway take him wherever it was going, but he didn't mind. It wasn't like he had anywhere to be at the moment or anything better to do. So when he heard someone talking his first instinct was to ignore them as much as possible. "Go right ahead", he mumbled, not even turning to look at the woman. But there was something familiar about her, and as she sat down next to him, curiosity took over and he took a peek at her. A wide grin spread on his lips.
"Well well," Pyro chuckled, raising an eyebrow at Kitty. "Look what the cat dragged in."
