The reunion was certainly not what Peter had been expecting. He wasn't entirely sure what to say. He knew he had a bad habit of forgetting to do the obvious, boy this could get awkward. Peter blushed underneath his mask and reached up playfully to rub the side of his arm. "I'm really sorry, Cass." He began in flustered voice. "You know me, Parker luck all the way. Tell ya what, Let me make it up to you. Quick costume change, and then maybe a bite to eat?" There was a hopeful tone at the end there. They certainly had some catching up to do, and Peter was very curious to know how she was doing. The last few months had been a little hectic for him and their email correspondence had slacked as a result.
Besides what better way to make up for this bumbling? Despite the fact that they were no longer dating, Peter cared a great deal about Cass. He didn't want to end a random meeting like this. Especially after the great giant girl save she'd made back there. He moved into back of the alley to retrieve his camera. It was webbed to the wall. "Come on. Any ten dollar meal in New York city. My treat." He said teasingly as if that could pay for a five star restaurant. Hard deal to beat.
