Lorna's mouth opened in silent shock before snapping shut as her eyes teared up. Her psycologist had been the one pushing her to stop dying her hair and accept herself as she was. That the only way her family would begin to accept her was if she did so first. Part of that was having green hair and not dying it so brown often.
And here he was saying she did it because she wanted to be wierd. Because she wanted to stand out?
"Where do you get off?" Lorna's voice quaked in quiet anger, tears begining to leak down her face. "You have no right to judge me like that."
She hiccuped. She simply couldn't hold it in anymore and began sobbing, one hand going to her face to hide her eyes, the other clutching the clipboard to her chest. "I'm trying very hard, you know!"
