The red head swept away from the fire gracefully, long hair snapping behind her as she stared up at the beast. There was a great swelling of pity as she listened to the creature howl. Something seemed not quite right about it but... well, too late now, she mused sadly as the creature fell from... she wasn't sure what. She suspected it was the man's -- the competent one -- devices. Medusa looked away when she saw the spear, even when she listened to the gurgling cry. She began to approach the dead creature when it was spirited away and took a quiet breath. She threw a furious glance at Hammer, but said nothing.
