Wanda wouldn't have been much help to Wicked anyway, she was still trying to sort through Dr. Strange's suggestion about her ability in relation to Billy's. It didn't make much sense to her and, once she did figure it out, she immediately rejected it. She couldn't "manipulate reality, that was impossible. And wouldn't she at the very least have noticed if she were somehow the direct means to whatever ends Billy wanted? The doctor was attributing too much to her. This was only a mutant ability, after all. If what Strange said was true then it wasn't a question of what she could do, but a question of what she couldn't- and that was a question she never wanted to ask.
But Strange was asking a question now, wasn't he? Wanda shifted her focus to him for a moment and then to Wicked. "Books help," she suggested, glad to have been derailed from her own train of thought, "Anything you found on the subject, to start, and then yes, you could try to find a teacher."
