That first statement was almost let go with just a shrug and no further acknowledgment because it barely made sense on the first pass, and Tony was still structuring his fantasy. Would Jessica wear the tie? Even Steve couldn't deny it, Tony could see it in his face and smirked, lounging back against the counter with his good deed of the day well performed and executed. "Is she not your type?" he teased, not letting Steve get away with the denial. "I know; it's Jan, isn't it? It would be that sexy field hockey polo and kilt for her, right?"
That was when Tony was on the loop and his grin disappeared rapidly as finally thought to clarify, "Wait, lesbians?" Maybe he was encouraging Steve with the internet too much. It was obviously more than he could handle too quickly without some kind of parental control. Tony couldn't even imagine what he had been reading to make a leap like that.
