No. Rogue hadn't planned anything. The plan was completely the property of Magnus. Rogue was merely playing a part. If she had planned this whole thing, she wouldn't be beaten and bloodied in the metallic hero's arms right now. She would have been able to fly away, unscathed, unharmed, and confident that she had fulfilled her duty to the Brotherhood leader. But she felt none of those things, Magnus had gotten what he wanted and truthfully, that was all that really matter anyway. Rogue was disposable and if Iron Man had really crushed her skill, like he wanted to do moments before, no one would have raised a hand to stop him. Why? Because Rogue had no back-up, she was a distraction and her job was done, and she had hurt many innocent people in the process.
