As soon as the metallic figure collided with her, Rogue heard the sickening crunch of a rib or two snapping like twigs. Despite bracing herself, the impact was bruising and the southern belle was catapulted backward, spinning head over feet for a good distance. She finally managed to catch herself, curvy figure doubled over in pain, and looked up at him with a faint smirk.
"Nice one-" She cut herself off as his attention snapped away from her and Rogue was pretty sure he had finally figured out what was really going on. Hopefully, Magneto would succeed. After all, it was what she wanted, right? Hurt all those people who hurt her? Destroy humanity? If she would never gain control of her powers then, at least, she could make them work for her.
"Trouble in paradise, sugah?" she called, body sagging slightly as she hovered miles above the park with him. Without warning, she suddenly shot forward and with the rest of her strength and broken body, attempted to ram herself into him full force. She doubted she could take him out, but she had to keep him here with her. At least, until Magneto had his plan accomplished.
