An artist is never ahead of his time but most people are far behind theirs Characters: Steve Rogers, OT 'Children' Setting: Steve's Workshop (Above the bagel shop) Content: PG Summary: Art Lessons with Captain America
The art lessons had been going on for several weekends now, and the initial rush had died down to a much more reasonable routine. Lessons had to be booked ahead of time, but there was no cost, and Steve was enjoying giving back to the community without violence. It had taken him a little while to get used to being the teacher, but he was finding it came a little easier with each session. He helped to lean back on his military training. The structure seemed to work well with the children.
Today's group was getting settled, some parents dropping their children off, others opting to stay and go through the lessons with their children. Steve was waiting until the final children found their way inside, looking about at the group with a small twitch of his lips. Some how there always seemed to be one or two people above the target age group with no child in sight.
