Wanda's warning to Stilt-Man (and yeah, even she'd realized that one by now, and the fact that it was Stilt-Man made this all the more ludicrous) was completely unheeded. His flailing and her dodging continued as she waited for a reprieve in the form of a distraction from one of her teammates. When a distraction was not immediately forthcoming and Stilt-Man slammed her against her force field wall again, Wanda took matters into her own hands and began gathering energy. She wasn't sure what exactly would happen, at worst she'd pop the bubble and plunge them both into the sea. When she flicked her fingers to push the energy away from herself it seemed to make contact with Stilt-Man's ginormous forehead. He howled with rage and, holding his forehead with one hand, swatted feebly at her with the other. So she could create invisible projectiles. That was useful. She aimed another ball of energy at his face, relieved when his attention was captured by Cap's attack.
