Rogue looked down at the money in her hand before her green eyes darted up to his face once more. "Ah' guess its okay. This once", her tone revealing quickly how uncomfortable she was with the notion of someone else paying for her. Rogue was one that liked to look after herself if she could, even if that self was a bit drunk.
"Ah' ain't drivin'" she assured him, slipping the money inside her back pocket again and took a step forward, wobbling slightly in her boots. "Ah'm walkin' though. Where ah'm stayin' ain't far from here". The southern belle made sure to find a crappy little place nearby where she could hunker down for at least a night or so. Problem was the price and seeing all the nice places ranged above her current limit, all she could manage was a dingy motel a stone's throw away or so.
"You were a better one than my own. First time, ah' actually listened in awhile", she flashed him a wane smile over her shoulder and started toward the door, one foot carefully in front of the other, barely reaching the handle when she took a shaky step and found herself falling forward. She landed heavily on her knees, hands catching her only seconds after, her reflexes shot to hell from the vodka.
Waving off the offered help from strangers, the brunette managed to get out the door and stumble out into the cool night.
