"Careful," Tony warned darkly, smirking as he looked over Raven's fortune a final time before handing it back with a finger tapping the words pointedly. "The wish you make now is guaranteed to come true." He wasn't sure how much contention she would be up against to fulfill the first part of her fortune in her journey to raise goats in Japan, she must have been very good at this new identity, new life thing by now. It was a challenging language to learn, Tony supposed. Or maybe goats didn't thrive in Japan.
Blessed now by the gods that watched over this shrine and its worshipers, so many still waiting to offer their prayer to start the new year with hope and faith, they wandered back through the gates with Tony's finger wrapped around just one of Raven's so that maybe he would have that moment of tense warning when she pulled to break away and run ahead again. Moving with the slow pace of the crowd, though, they made it serenely to the car, which would carry them back to the empty inn and the suite where they could wait until the city below woke with the first sunlight.
