He probably wasn't getting that scarf back. Wanda wrapped it around her neck and settled back again with a pleased grin. She seemed content enough for a few minutes not to talk at all and Tony was spared from having to break the silence with inane babble by the sight of an open hot dog cart(surprising, given the weather lately, but people were so persistent when it came to earning money). Wanda perked up and turned to Tony with a contrite expression. "I know you probably have reservations, but I'm rather peckish," she nodded towards the hot dog stand, and the vendor who manned it, bundled up in a parka and looking miserable as people hurried past, ignoring him.
Wanda leaned forward and politely asked the driver if he'd pull over beside the cart and got a sour look for her efforts until she dug into her purse and, a bill slipped into his hand, he miraculously complied and they were pulling up to the curb. Next it was a matter of waving the vendor over and he seemed happy enough to comply. They ordered (for themselves and, at Wanda's insistence, for the driver) and their food was handed up to them. The hot dog vendor was left with a very nice tip and a story to tell later ("Tony Stark and the Scarlet Witch pull up in a horse drawn carriage and order chili dogs, only in this city, I tell ya!")
