Daimon jerked his trident back, taking a chunk of the demon's face and skull with it and he turned just in time to witness what appeared to be a half man, half beast taking out another demon without relent. His brow arched in mild surprised, but was not ungrateful; a slow, wicked smirk curled the corner of his mouth as he watched the stranger at work.
A partner?
He didn't even get the chance to acknowledge the man with some gratitude before demonic forms began to rise from the ground left and right, in every direction until the two were completely surrounded by them. Weapon tightly gripped, he projected a burning glare at their company, a challenge in his voice as he gruffly said to Jack, "Looks like you've arrived just in time."
