Susan was born naturally curious about everything in the world and it was the main reason she made a good scientist. The blond sipped her drink and offered the waitress a small smile and nod before her blue eyes were on the demon hunter again.
"Of course. Ignorance is bliss, until it comes and bites you in the ass", she commented quietly and shook her head. Even Susan, though somewhat skeptical of anything without evidence, was not stupid enough to believe darkness didn't exist in some form anywhere and any time. If there were mutants and humans scientifically altered, why not demons too? And why not hunters, right?
Susan nodded and offered a small smile at his words about work being miserable if one didn't enjoy it. She could see the connection quite clearly with her own work in the science industry. "That's good. That's noble", she traced the top of her glass with a slender finger, "sound like a hero to me". Perhaps another thing they had in common?
"Try to maintain humanity as little as we have in this world. I can understand. I can relate", she said softly and took a sip of her diet coke. "I'd be curious to see you in action on of these days. I would like to see your methods if Holy Water and crucifixes don't work. It breaks with all the myth I studied back in college and which everyone knows. Its fascinating".
