Suddenly the boy was bounding into the wall beside her and falling to the concrete hard and she winced with she heard a sickening crunch. Immediately, the blond sprang into action and bent to offer him a hand up. Oddly, he reminded her of herself way back when and perhaps nerds just had that common bond that never really disappeared with age. Either way, she was a heroine and a nice person...she wanted to help and wasn't going to leave him stranded on the ground...even if he almost took her out.
"Its okay-" she was cut off as he recognized her quiet suddenly and belted out her name for all of New York City to hear. Thankfully, the citizens were used to screaming lunatics and and though he wasn't one...he was shifted into the category all the same. Susan flushed brightly and started to pull him to he feet. "Yeah, that's-that's me", she said with a weak smile. "Are you alright? You hit the wall pretty hard..." she looked him over with concerned blue eyes before her gaze fell to his crushed phone. Poor kid...the was horrible.
"But, I'm afraid I don't know you. May I inquire a name?"
