"It's the damnedest thing," Jack said, looking quite perplexed at the screen's read-out. "Now it's saying that it's roughly double the size of an average human, but it's giving off quite a bit of energy. Thing is, most of the energy isn't even from the dimension this building just fell out of... it's from every other cataloged dimension in the A.R.M.O.R. database, and I'm picking up a S.H.I.E.L.D. Ident-beacon too. He one of yours?"
Before anyone had time to answer, the stairwell door bulged as it was twisted clear of it's hinges by gnarled roots and vines which quickly reached out for the team. Instinctively, Jack pulled out the same device he'd used to scan the tentacled creatures earlier. He nicked off a bit of vine with the device's tweezer-like extensions, then joined in with the rest of the agents as they fired at the vine's point of origin; a hulking heap of moss and swamp grass with two burning red embers for eyes.
The device called out in its soothing monotone from Jack's pocket.

It added, Current Cellular makeup seems to be drawing energy from proximity to water.
Jack looked at Fury. "Proximity to water, huh...? Well, what do you say I go dry him off for you..."
Jack burst into the shape of a wolf and hurled himself into the room, intent on lifting this... man-thing... from it's source of power.
