Susan waved away the offered smokes and folded her arms upon her chest, listening to what he said with a neutral expression while watching the smoke curl and disappear in the wind. His words were familiar because, as he expected, she had thought of the same thing, but none of that included why she had decided to join his little excursion to Haiti.
