Danny was leaning on a railing overlooking the harbour, his soul restless with anticipation. He felt like the world was holding its breath, waiting for something to happen. He didn't know how many hours had passed since the broadcast.

"Red alert," Danny muttered to himself, tearing open his shirt to reveal his skin-tight costume beneath. He surveyed the fiery scene calmly, as he quickly wrapped his hands in boxer's tape he had carried in his pocket.
He stood on the railing, preparing to dive, and yelled to those around him. "Its started people- get home and lock up tight. This city is about to explode."
He leaped forward in a perfect dive, arcing into the freezing gray water. The island was a long way off, but his reserves of endurance were massive, and could be fueled by his dragon chi if need be. But for now, he just sliced his way though the water, inching his way toward the Raft...
