Nick really wanted to punch that bastard in his smarmy face. A right hook to the jaw, a good sold crack, yeah that would be nice. However, Nick was sure Hammer would have his lawyers on him faster than flies on shit, and he'd have a lawsuit on his hands and it would just be more to deal with. So instead of hitting the asshole, Nick ducked out of his grasp and took the opportunity to reclaim his territory. He fell into his seat behind his desk, glowering, and made a point of not telling Hammer to sit down. "Do you really think this is a good time for a sales pitch, Hammer?" he asked, dryly, and raised an eyebrow. This was definitely in bad fucking taste.
