If there was one thing that Susan had massive amounts of, it was patience. Obviously, this could be seen in her work, but also-and possibly more obvious-her attempt at a relationship with Reed. Still, the blond shifted from one heeled foot to another, arms folded upon her chest, and blue eyes searching out the closest mirror to make sure her make-up had not melted off.
It wasn't the heat, but more a certain person that could make the normally stotic Susan slightly nervous. Granted, last time she had tossed up a shield and kept him away when a kiss was certain to occur, but that didn't mean that the scientist had gained courage, she still trembled at the thought of speaking to him alone.
As it was, the issue wasn't very important and hardly seemed to ward her coming to see him, but in all honesty she was hoping to get his opinion. Hopefully, it would stay pg...this time and she kept outside the office until her time came.
