Emma couldn't help her lack of empathy that made her cool and callous. She also didn't necessarily think it was a bad thing, no, emotions had a way of getting one hurt. It was a lesson learned at a young age, growing up in the Frost household, but Emma hadn't always been an emotionless automaton. There had been change in her over the last few years, ever since she had developed her secondary mutation - the ability to transform into living, organic diamond. Each time she shifted into this form, she could feel her heart becoming all that more cold.
This was not the case, though, for today's meeting. Emma just preferred getting down to business. It was a good thing, that the White Queen had develloped a knack for mixing in a bit of pleasure, which came in the form of watching Scott squirm a bit as he uncomfortably navigated the conversational mine-field.
"Good. On schedule." She nodded as she listened. When he said something interesting Emma tipped her head. Nick Fury. Mutant Cure. Admittedly she had been removed from the goings on in America while she was in Japan, so if it went above and beyond just something that Scott and Logan had scene, she wasn't aware.
"Mutant cure?" She asked, nearly devoid of all emotion, save for the severe quirking a of a brow.
