For those who don't know me yet my name is Doctor Dean Winters. I'm the team Psychiatrist, or shrink as many prefer to call me. 

If a staff member sends you to me don't look at it negatively. We'll review why you were sent to me and what we need to look at. Sometimes a staff member sees something you don't and it's not serious, it's just changing something that's easy to change. We all have to understand that more is expected of all of us here so things that were nothing on our regular teams may look like an issue here. Everything can be fixed, if you cooperate it's easier and quicker to work out. 

If you have issues of any kind see me. I'm not here for mental issues only. That's where I get the negative image. I'm here for anything. If you have issues that you don't wish to discuss with your coaches, comes to me and maybe we can work through it. Any issues, or if you have anything on your mind, please stop by my office. If I'm with somebody drop me a line and I'll look you up as soon as I'm free.  

You may be surprised to find I don't fit the shrink stereotype. If any of you would feel more comfortable talking somewhere besides my office I can arrange that. If you guys want to arrange some kind of trip into town to get to know what I'm like let me know and we can arrange that on your off time. I want you all to be comfortable with me. Don't be afraid to approach me for most anything.

Please know anything we talk about is strictly between us. If we are just out on the town anything that happens there will be told to anybody who wasn't with us. If you need to bitch about other staff members they'll never be told. Just don't keep things locked inside until you explode. That could cost you your shot at the Olympics.
