Awkward Zombies
Who: Lottie and Alex Where: H deck, back pool When: 1 pm ish
Unnngh. It was about the only thing that was making any sense in Lottie's brain. She had had far too much to drink the night before, and shed way too many layers of clothing at the poker game. She could vaguely remember that she had been smart enough to step out of the game after her brassiere had gone missing, but... she had seen enough skin to last her a lifetime. Not that the men and women she had been playing with hadn't all been beautiful, but some had no shame!
But the alcohol, mainly, was the problem. Apparently she was so dehydrated from it that her brain had turned into a dried up heap of tissue rattling inside of her skull, because thoughts were a no-go for the time being. Thank God it was one of her days off, or she might have broken down into incoherency while at work. Instead, she got to be an incoherent zombie at the pool, the most quiet and peaceful place she had found yet.
From the light breeze coming in the deck doors, to the billowing curtains and the colors of the wisteria over her head... it was peace, and if the sound of the water rolling got to her, well, the cabana she was hiding in could be closed and she could take a nice, loooong nap.
For now, however, the cabana was open to the pool and the waterfalls, and she was curled up on the plushest chaise lounge maybe ever. Her tired eyes were covered up by sunglasses, and the hair she had just managed to brush through that morning was pulled back in sloppy bun, with more hair around her face than was actually up. However, Lottie managed to have adorable clothes despite being massively hung over, with a unique black two piece, and simple white cover-up. And the flip flops? Embellished with knockoff Swarovski crystal.
Not that it mattered. Because no one was here, and no one was going to see her.
