Hector took a deep breath and let it out slow, slowly relaxing against the stretcher. "Go ahead." he said, smiling slightly. "It'll be the first good sleep I've had in a while." He realized something at the last second, and reached over to put his hand over hers. "One sec. If this doesn't work, or you can't do it, or something goes wrong... that's okay, too." he promised, eyes serious now. He knew if anything happened it'd probably be a lot worse on all of them, especially her, than it would be on him. Dying was easy for the guy that did it. "I don't blame you or nothin'. You're trying to help, I know that. I appreciate it." That said, he felt a lot better. He smiled a bit again and leaned back. "Okay, I'm ready now. See you on the other side."
