Emily looked over when the girl spoke up. She recognized the girl; she had met her briefly in the gym the morning after the costume ball. She had been there with another girl with unnaturally red hair and a third woman who was in a wheelchair. Come to think of it, this was the same girl she'd seen her father dancing with at the costume ball. She slowed to a stop and gave the girl a smile.
"Oh, hi. It's not too bad as long as I run fairly slowly, and steadily. Low-impact is the key. I see you have some similar injuries. I'm sorry, we met briefly before, but I don't remember your name. I'm Emily."
