Sean wasn't going to get anywhere without talking to people, hearing some ideas from different angles.
"No way that many people just fell overboard. Not without help. The fact that there was no way to fall out of windows on your deck is just supportive evidence." Sean looked at the kid standing there. "How often do you read of someone falling overboard? Once a year... maybe. No. That story's so transparent it's a wonder they try."
Sean shook his head and ran his hand through the short strands. "They searched the ship, and I agree the people had to go into the sea. I just think they were dead before they went." Sean tapped a pencil against the list he had so far. "This is fairly spread out for a spree killer. Usually they strike at people in groups already. And how the bodies were moved without being seen is escaping me. The victims are all different ages, sexes, mostly white, but that's due to demographics. It just isn't making sense. Someone had to have noticed something by now."
