"Ah yes. Of course. Iron Maiden," he nodded sagely. Honestly, he wasn't a big fan but he didn't let it show. Let Brodie have his moment and classic rock. He wasn't going to rag on the music the Aussie liked. And he definitely didn't answer the 'oh really' with anything other than a rather blase smile.
Jamie purposefully did not notice the look. Very purposefully. Besides, Brodie could have always said no. And it affected him too having the drummer in his lap but very carefully made sure not to do anything... suspicious? It wasn't like he was trying to get into his pants. He was really just trying to be helpful! Honest! Sure it was... opportunistic of him but helpful! HELPFUL!
Honestly, he didn't know about the pedal thing unless it applied to guitar. The fact that drums had pedals eluded him. Brodie was going to have to give him a crash course one of these days. Still, he smiled as the drums on his shirt were played and played well. Even he could tell that. This was fun. And he was very disappointed when Brodie stopped playing which showed by his frown.
Jamie blinked at the one word question, arching an eyebrow very slowly. "Well what?" he countered. "I thought you might want to play for longer than that," of course, his hands were telling a different story as they rested on Brodie's thighs, creeping towards his hips. Stupid betraying hands.
