Chelsea smiled. It was nice to find someone who could relate a little with what she'd gone through in the boyfriend department. "Oddly enough, it was his best friend. I didn't think anything about it at first when they were going hunting every weekend." She reached up, stretching her upper body a bit, and added the next weight to the machine. "At least, until they forgot their guns one week." She started lifting again, more grunting resulting from the added strain.
"To be honest, I don't remember the accident much. Although I know it got a lot of airplay on EPSN." She grunted with another push. "My car got a little high and loose, there was some eqipment failure, and I woke up a couple of weeks later to find that that," she nodded to the blue chair by the restroom, "was gonna be my new ride. Everything from here" She motioned to a line at about her belly button, then stuck her tongue out and made a raspberry sound. "Gone. And I only kinda have any feeling between there and my boobs."
She looked over at Ella and smiled, lowering the bars. "You know, it's funny," she said, pulling herself back up to a seated position. "I don't usually talk about my accident much, but it just feels good talking to you about it." She smiled and wiped her hands on a towel. "Guess that's why you're the advice lady and I'm just a grease monkey, right?"
