Matt had nearly taken a fork of beef to his mouth before Lottie spoke. It remained lifted at the height of his mouth, though Matt didn't bite down.
"Oh? Why's that?" He really was curious. Nobody had ever given it two seconds of thought before, they just took it in stride. It was a career, like any other, after all.
Finally taking the piece of beef hanging from the fork and eating it, Matt swallowed and then snorted. "You'll have to tell me exactly what kind of profile you've made of me, Lottie." He said curiously, unsure of whether or not she was being complimentary.
"Nah." He nibbled away at a fry. "I just never outgrew it." Matt smirked.
