Iosef's phone had been left on his desk the whole night. He had seen no need for it, so there it was. He picked it up and unblocked the keypad. "Hmm..." Iosef frowned. "No signal. None at all." Indeed his visor showed "Emergency calls only" in big letters. Iosef knew there was no point in trying.
"Nah, nah, I'm okay. A little less calm than usual, but okay. How are you, you never said?"
Judging by his humongous frown, and what he said, Gor wasn't doing that great. It was just a watch, but if Iosef's memory served him right, it had cost Gor a whole lot of savings.
