Lisa paused to think about Sean's statements about the Automatic Identification System and the ship-to-shore radios. Surely the ship's crew would contact the mainland for help, but who would come? The Coast Guard, most likely, but then there would probably be a full investigation of the ship and everyone on board. She could almost feel the handcuffs closing on her wrists...
None of that was important now. Right now they had to get help for Molly and Chelsea, and the elevator doors were finally opening on C deck. "Sean, I remember seeing the medical station just across from the ship's chapel. The place will probably be packed with injured patients, but we just need to get the braces and supplies and go; we'll have to let them know that we aren't there for treatment, or else they would have us wait in line. You, uh..." Lisa considered her next statement, but she thought Sean would be fine with it. "You might have to try to intimidate someone if they insist on making us wait. Hopefully it won't come to that." The image of Lisa herself crawling into the medical station and trying to intimidate someone into giving up supplies in her current condition almost made her laugh. She was so lucky to have found Sean, and to have found him in good condition. She was a little worried about the blood stains on his pants, but he seemed to be handling it OK.
