"I hope they can take care-" she paused as the ship slammed back the other way, wincing as her neck moved with the harsh snap of the ship. How long did storms last at sea? If she had her phone with her, she might be able to check, but she'd left it in her room to try to make some acquaintences. Juhi didn't know much about the ocean at all, sticking to the city as much as she could. More light there.
"Take care of themselves," she sighed, wishing this would stop. She was starting to feel sick, and she didn't want to get sick on this young man she'd just met. Following his example, she curled her body into itself as much as she could. Not one for danger or even much for excitement, she'd never been on a roller coaster before. Juhi was the one watching the coats and purses while her family and friends went on rides at theme parks.
"Nice to meet you, Slav." Juhi glanced down at her petite gold watch, noticing that it had stopped at midnight. She mumbled a curse under her breath. It had been at least twenty minutes since midnight, maybe more. Of all the times for her watch to stop. But she had just replaced the battery..oh well.
"How long do you think it'll--agh--take to stop?" She yelped as her wrist slammed into the side of the chair she was sitting in and she glared down at the chair, as if it was to blame for the storm. Juhi couldn't blame anything else, except her crazy husband for signing her up for this trip.
