Juhi decided that she had spent enough time in her room. She'd been there since the cruise had started, working from her room on her iPhone, checking email and staying in contact with her coworkers. They had finally decided enough was enough, and had started to block her emails. Without anything to work on, Juhi quickly got restless. When it was nearly midnight, she put on a pair of black dress pants and a button up dark blue top, leaving the top button unbuttoned to make her look a little less ready to go to work. Paired with a set of sensible black heels, Juhi was almost ready.
With a little mascara and a couple bangles on one arm, she stepped out the door and down to Apollon Grace. That was where the big party was, right? She might have been wrong, but it was one of the places to go. She wasn't much into concerts, or loud noises period. Juhi was definitely out of the loop. No time like the present to get back in the loop, she thought. She couldn't make up for all the time she'd lost in her room working, but she could make some new acquaintances before they landed.
As she walked into the room, her eyes caught on the celebration that was in their time zone. Juhi smiled a little, but hoped no one would want to kiss her when it struck midnight. Or maybe it would be nice. Not like her husband would ever know, right? She glanced over the crowd to find a suitable guy, and then the ship shifted hard to the left. Juhi flails on her 2 inch heels, managing to catch herself on a chair and sit down in it, albeit harder than she wanted to. The breath is knocked out of her, but she's had enough emergency training to know what do do.
When she gains back enough breath, she asks the nearest person, Slav, "Are you alright, sir?" The ship lurches again, and grabs tight onto the chair. "Hold on!"
