Terra gave a little snort, regretting it when her head let her know that wasn't a very good idea.
"I dunno many people on board...you, and Muse, and Mason..and that chick..uh..wuzher name..Lisa?" Terra strained to remember her name, it seemed very important right now. Then the thought trailed away, and she tried to take inventory of where it hurt. Her legs were definitely the worst, thanks to Terra's love of skirts and dresses. Her arms were cut up too, but not as bad. And her head hurt like no other. Hopefully her spine wasn't messed up, it didn't feel like it, and she had landed more on her side than on her back.
Why did everything have to be so bright? Even though her tightly shut eyelids, the light bothered her eyes. She nuzzled further into his coat with a deep sigh that made her whole body ache.
"Thanks," Terra said again, hoping the med staff would let her sleep soon. Getting beat up was hard work, and she didn't even have anybody to blame her wounds on.
