If Marla's impromptu visit into his room, without his permission with the intent to...well, he would rather not think about what her intent was, not now. If that had not been enough to send him into 'chaos happens' mode, the destruction he had seen on the way to Circean Delight, where he was sure Eve had said she would be, well that would have been enough to shove him directly into it. He normally did quite well in chaos, not so well out of it, so trekking across the ship and over five flights of stairs was easier than he would have thought.
Not easy, mind you, simply easier.
With the wreckage, the shattered and destroyed objects in his way, it took forty minutes to cross the massive distance. And most of that was at as fast of a pace as he could manage. More than once he had crashed over something, only to hit the floor on his hands and knees, shaking himself off and keep going. Thankfully the surge of adrenaline kept him from noticing what would later be quite colorful bruises on his knees, shoulder (he had hit a wall at one point), and wrist (a pot had gone flying).
He had no idea where Miguel was, otherwise he would have gone for him first, but he at least knew where Eve should be. At that moment he was completely focused on finding her, making sure she was safe.
It took somewhere between thirty and forty minutes to make it to what had been a concert at one point, only he could not tell exactly because his digital watch's screen was blank. For a moment he was stunned at the sheer destruction and damage that the once beautiful room was in, with people scattered all over the place in various stages of injury. Then, he caught sight of Eve in a bright blue dress that he would have told her looked fantastic on her, in another scenario.
"Eve!" He was over to her as soon as he could, catching sight of bright red blood on her pale skin, the contrast not one he had ever thought to see. Nor had he wanted to.
