The whole thing had gone on like a blur for Eve. Like a violent, stomach punching head hitting blur. She was hurting - her head was killing her - but it didn't feel serious, and even though there was a fine line of blood coming down her arm, it was probably just where the specific source of pain came from.
However, it wasn't long before her head, which was already killing her, really started throbbing with pain. Eve held onto something that felt like a wall and continued crossing the room. She wanted to get out of there, there was just too many people that seemed to need help and even Eve couldn't ignore it, but her head...Oh god. She needed some air, at least, before trying to help anyone.
Crossing the Circean Delight wasn't the easiest thing in the world right now, and Eve wasn't sure when, but she'd also lost her shoes when the shaking had happened. So, for all intents and purposes, Eve looked like some kind of barefoot ghost, unable to focus her eyes on anything, and with a distinct deer-in-headlights expression.
