Coffee. Now that's what a young man who had stayed up far too late the night before writing to all his friends and family needed. A good old cup of joe. He yawned as he pulled off his pajamas and on a pair of old jeans (not dirty enough to clean but not exactly fresh) and a shirt, stepping out before groaning and going back in, getting a jacket and heading out again before going back a second time for his sneakers.
Yes, he needed coffee. But when he got coffee he saw a young, pretty woman, and a dog. He loved dogs.
"Hey, pooch. Didn't like that spot much, huh?" he chuckled to the animal, looking at it, then glancing at his breakfast snack. "Excuse me, miss, but would you mind if I gave your dog a small piece of my doughnut? It's just a plain one."
