For the second day in the row, Jack came awake at around noon. Unlike the day before, and those before it on this cruise, he was not alone in his bed. Of course, that fact was not really all that apparent right away, he was too reluctant to actually come fully awake. At least just yet. Instead he stayed in a sort of limbo state, where you were never quite sure what was a dream, and what was real.
So a soft and warm body pressed up along his front was simply, well, it was simply good. Good thing that, soft and warm was always good.
Muttering something in the quickly disappearing remnants sleep that not even he really knew, Jack came awake slowly.
Maybe he would have moved away a bit slower than he did when he realized that he was up against Eve, especially if he had known she was awake, but there were just things (or rather one specific one) that males had to deal with in the morning that women most definitely did not. Jack was not sure what exactly he was supposed to do in this instance, because for the most part his previous experiences with waking up with a woman had had a semi solid foundation of knowledge to work off of.
