Returning her wide grin with one of his own, Jack shrugged, "So you want to-"
He had been distracted by the very odd sight of a woman dressed as a fairy, complete with wings, flittering by. "Dance?" Jack completed the statement, with a shake of his head as he returned his attention to Eve.
First he should remove his heavy leather coat, it would probably be too hot in the midst of those out on the dance floor. It looked good, great even, and was comfortable, but not made of the most air flow inducing fabric in the world. Jack shrugged it off, releasing Eve's hand long enough to pull it off and fold it up. There was an empty table not far away, so he put the jacket over the back of one of the chairs. There was an implicit trust that it would still be there once they had danced for a bit, he never even considered any other option.
