Re: Open
When Eve slid her arm into his, Jack immediately held his elbow a bit closer to his body, holding it there without actual force. They had to walk through far more crowded areas than just off the entrance where they had been standing with Miguel. And, while they had come 'solo together,' he did not want to lose her in the middle of a crowd just on the way to a drink.
His nature would have left him trying to politely excuse himself through the knot of people around the bar counter, but Eve already seemed to have that well in hand, carving a path through the people with ease. With a shrug, he followed. Not even thinking much about the fact that she was now holding onto his hand as opposed to his arm.
"Um," for a second he had to think of exactly what mixed drink he wanted, he had never been a real big beer fan. Hard liquor straight was just for getting wasted, for him personally, not as much for just fun at a party. "I'll take a Tequila Sunset, actually." The drink was not only sweet, but had blackberry grenadine in it instead of regular. Of course, a couple of those drinks would knock you on your ass just as well as anything else, if that was what you were looking for.
He looked off to his left, and spotted someone dressed as a semi familiar comic character. Maybe it was from one of his brother's comics that he had picked up out of a lack of anything else to read just over a week ago. "Excuse me, but are you..." Jack paused to remember. "Razor?"
