Brodie took a sort of bow, and silently agreed with Aileen. He, too, didn't really think he would have fun. And he hadn't been having that much fun, but at least someone was, which was good. "That thing about only you dressing up is a common fear. Even in Halloween parties, there's always that dreading fear that you'll be the only one dressed like a loon." He said.
He noticed Aileen's drink, and thought he could use one for himself. Leaving her alone was rude, but she might not mind at all.
"I think that's her over there-" He pointed to a definite female with glitter and fairy-like attributes. "She wouldn't miss this kind of thing. I think I'll go to the bar. You keep working it, see you in a bit!" He told her, encouragingly.
