A woman around her own age approached, and Rita pasted on a smile dipped in nervousness. It was a bit relieving to be able to see traces of the same nervousness in the female that approached her.
"Yes," the Nepalese woman nodded, her smile widening in the slightest, voice softened by her British accent. "I am Sarita, I teach yoga and pilates." The sunny, clear sky above them was quite a bit different than her usual classroom's ceiling, but entirely an improvement. "Or, rather, I will guide you in the movements and forms if you wish." The tension was practically radiating off of the other woman, and it was quite incongruous with their surroundings. Both of the sea, and of the luxurious ship.
"I do not know how much you know about yoga," Rita began gently, "But it helps relieve tension, brings mental calm and helps one focus. Besides the purely physical benefits."
