Leah's jaw fell slack at first when he said 'no', but her expression quickly changed when he said that he did like the show. Well, that was certainly a relief! It would have been humiliating if he had hated it, after all. "Thanks," she said quietly and blushed a little bit. Dancing was in her comfort zone and she knew that she had to be at least somewhat decent to have been hired as a dancer.
Her blush only deepened when he told her that she looked beautiful. She knew he could be charming and polite without the alcohol. "You don't look so bad yourself, actually. I like this shirt," she smiled and gently tugged on it after he kissed her cheek. She had been half-tempted to turn her face when he leaned in so that their lips would touch instead, but she had chickened out at the last minute. She felt the necklace gently brush across her chest and she couldn't help but smile. He really was something else.
"Yes, I think so. It's a good thing I used tape to keep this dress in place," she grinned, already taking a few steps toward the exit.
