Who: Naima and Open

Where: Aerobics Room
Naima looked at herself in the reflection, thankful no one else seemed to want to use the room. She had checked the aerobics schedule and found there were no classes today from Noon to 4, as no one signed up for classes. She silently thanked the fact that the ship was so scarcely populated and did a quick spin before settling. Her reflection pleased her. Clad in her simple black sports bra and her black loose pants she had once dubbed "genie pants" she could see that she was in great shape. She didn't work hard for nothing! With a smile Naima double checked the bells at her feet and hips before hitting play on her ipod, which was strapped to her arm, and putting her zills on her fingers.
As the song started she moved her hips and feet slowly to warm up. She loved the song. It was one she always warmed up to. The next song was a tougher song that let her practice the basics. But for now, she focused on moving her muscles, first in her hips, down to her thighs calf and feet before moving further up to her abs and arms. She brought her arms up and moved them sinuously through the air, watching her reflection meticulously for error or room for improvement.
