Her face brightened a bit, just again. "Oh, my favorite author?" Samantha paused really thinking hard about it. It wasn't a difficult question at all, but you could see Samantha really thinking about it. "Oh, it's just so hard to pick just one, you know?" Samantha smiled at him, which no, he probably wouldn't know since he didn't read. She pondered this for a bit, biting her lip, fingers idly drumming on her thigh. Finally she made a small noise that sounded something like triumphant.
"Ok, well see he might not be my favorite, favorite but Michael Critchon. He's the one that wrote Jurassic Park, you see? He's really good at writing stuff like that, but I think my favorite by him was Timeline. I don't know," she said with a shrug and the tiniest laugh. "But then there's those movies that were made into the Bourne Identity and all that. Robert Ludlum, he's pretty good and his books are better than the movies, lots of action," then Samantha stopped suddenly, glancing at Jamie shyly. "And I'm completely boring you, aren't I?"
